Law 1: All 'solid' objects are
vibratingenergy.
Unseen waves are also vibrating energy- sound, radio,
electricity, light,
television waves, microwaves, x-rays, gamma rays and
psychic energy waves.
Law 2: a) The
mind is an 'energy station' which creates transmits and
receives energy.
b) The Will (of the mind) canchange
the form of energy.
c) Thoughts, which are waves of
energy, can be transmitted to and
from human
minds within the earthplane and to human and other
entities in the afterlife
in a process called telepathy.
A point of clarification about the human mind: there is
a traditional tendency
to locate the mind somewhere inside the forehead.
The wholisticapproach to the human mind:There
are at least seven known
centres of energy in the human body. These are known as
the chakras
which are situated in the human body from the base of
the spine to the top
of the head. I include these as part of the human mind.
Further, we are informed from intelligences from the
other side and from
gifted mediums on earth that the human body is
accompanied by other
'unseen' electro magnetic layers. We are also informed
that in these unseen
layers, there is the total history of the particular
human body. The chakras,
the unseen human layersand
the physical brain consitute the 'mind'.
The mind is like a radio station - the mind can sendout
energy waves
(thoughts) and the mind can receivethoughts not only on
the physical earth
but also in the afterlife world.
Many sources cited above state that the mind also has
the capacity to create
energy in the form of light and even solids. An

Hugh Benson working through the medium Anthony Borgia
describes in his
book, "Life In the World Unseen"how very
specially trained entities in the afterlife
create matter just by using the mind to create thought
forms which become solid.
The mind can be used to send positive energy
(meditation, prayer) to seek
assistance for others and for self. Silver Birch states,"prayer
creates psychic
energy which can be used by the guides". There are
certain requirements for this
sending of positive energy to be effective: the sender
must have the right
motive, the meditation or prayer must be from the
'heart' not mere reciting
words and it must be for the 'spiritual' benefit of the
recipient.
Attempts are sometimes made by people on earth and
mischievous entities
from the afterlife to try to adversely affect people
here on earth and in the
afterlife by sending out negative energy. This negative
energy is real and can
affect us. It is advisable to ask for protection daily.
A powerful mind in the afterlife spheres can send energy
to the physical
world to move solid objects, as evidenced by numerous
documented
poltergeist cases in England, United States, Brazil and
other parts of the
world. The influence of mind over matter is usually
called psychokinesis and
the actual movement of objects is commonly known as
telekinesis. The mind
from the afterlife can send very strong energy to turn
electrical switches on
and off, to cause paper to catch on fire and even to
move large solid objects. A

Gifted people on earthcan
also use their minds - without any physical and
sensory interference - to influence matter. The most
publicised example of
this is Uri Geller's public demonstrations of metal
bending. Others in Russia,
like Nina Kulagina in Lenningrad, and the United States
have made claims
and demonstrated mind influencing matter. Members of the
U.S. military
have made similar claims.
The contemporary holy man in India, Sathya Sai Baba, who
states he is an
avatar, has demonstrated the changing of matter (energy)
by his will.An avatar
is someone who is usually psychically very advanced and
has a very
powerful capacity to direct free flowing atoms to appear
as the mind of the
avatardecides. For example, Sai Baba has repeatedly
materialised objects like
diamond rings which fit perfectly on the finger of the
lucky recipient. When
asked how he is able to do this his reply is that
because he is an avatarhe has
the power to 'will'
the energy to change form.
We are also informed from the above sources that in the
afterlife the mind has
the capacity to move the duplicate energy body at the
speed of thought. This
means that if you are in Sydney Australia and want to be
in London, Paris,
New York, Moscow, Brazil, China or anywhere else in the
world, you only
have to think about being at a specific place and you
will be there instantly -
defying the speed of light.
Law 3a) All
humans on earth have a body made up of vibrationary energy
which is a duplicate of the physical body and will survive physical death .
b) This invisible to physical eyes
vibrationary energy body can change
form but can never be destroyed and
retains consciousness.
c) At the time of physical death,
the duplicate body will have reached a
certain vibrational level and will
go to an energy sphere that can
accommodate those vibrations.
d) Selfless spiritual service
increases the vibrational energy of the duplicate
body.
All humans alive on earth to-day have a duplicate body.
The historical
description of this duplicate body is known by several
names including
'spirit', 'etheric body', 'afterlife entity'. Arthur
Findlay (see index) avoids using
the word "spirit" as he says this word has
been used by the Churches for
centuries in a misleading way. Accordingly, Mr Findlay
uses the term
"etheric body" to describe the duplicate
physical body which in the afterlife
world is just as solid as the physical body is one
earth- so much so that many
who "die" are convinced they are still
"alive". Sometimes other more scientific,
clinical and secular writers use the word
"entity" to dissociate the duplicate
energy body from the traditional "spirit'".
Law 4a): The
afterlife has different levels of energy which form different
spheres according to the speed of vibration.
b) The faster the vibrations of a
sphere the higher and more spiritually
evolved are the entities which
reside there.
In the energy sphere where vibrations are at the highest
the surroundings are
so magnificent that higher intelligences state there is
no earthly language to
describe their enormous beauty.
By contrast, the energy sphere with the lowest
vibrations is very dark, dull,
harsh, cold black and rocky and is quite horrific being
occupied by low
vibrational spiritually unevolved humans who used to
live on this earth. See

The Hereafter.
Between the lowest and the highest there are other
spheres of increasing
vibrations. When people on earth "die" they
are usually magnetically attracted
to the sphere which corresponds with their vibrational
energy and where
accordingly they feel comfortable.
The higher the energy vibration the better the
conditions. See Anthony

Law 5 : The
more spiritually evolved a being is the brighter the energy of
the aura.
Every living and non living thing has an energy 'light'
which is emitted from
its centre. The pioneering work of Kirlian photography
in Russia paved the
way for more sophisticated scientific research into the
aura - particularly the
human aura. Whereas inanimate objects give a fairlystandard
'light' the
human aura is very different. The human aura has
characteristics which even
by to-day's standards will be classified as quite
revolutionary.
We have been told repeatedly that the intensity of the
energy light of the aura
for any individual shows the spiritual evolution of that
individual. The
spiritual evolution of a person in the afterlife can be
immediately identified by
the relative brightness of the aura of that individual
which is visible to all.
The brighter the aura the more spiritual a person is. If
an aura is dull,
brownish, lacking in intensity, this shows that the
person at that time is not
likely to be spiritually advanced.
There are highly specialised aura instruments (not the
commercial ones found
at psychic fairs) which can identify the relative
brightness of the human aura.
Specialised skills are necessary to interpret the light
and colour of human
auras but it is predicted that in few decades relatively
accurate aura
instruments will be widely available to the public.
We are also informed that true selfless spiritual
service - helping others in
genuine need - increases the brightness of the aura

Law 6: Slowing
down the speed of the atomic vortices of the energy will
result in materialisation. Speeding
up the vortices will result in de-
materialisation.
The vibrations of the atoms in an object or a person can
be increased so that it
disappears and is transported elsewhere even through
physically solid
objects. It re-materialises elsewhere when the
vibrations are slowed down.
There have been spectacular documented historical
records of materialisation
and dematerialisation. (See chapters 8, 13, 14 on
Einstein's E=mc2
materialisation and Helen Duncan). Sathya Sai Baba has
been materialising
objects seven days a week for these last fifty years.
Virtually millions of
devotees and others have witnessed and continue to
witness every day
materialisation of holy ash called vibhuti. There are
hundreds of people who
have seen Sai Baba materialise diamond rings and other
solid objects. Sai Baba
has been investigated by Western parapsychologists and
their findings are
consistent with the statement contained herein (see
index).
Law 7: Energy
is a 'boomerang' - the energy you give out will return to
you.
What you sow you will reap. This is also sometimes known
as the law of
consequences or the law of karma. ''The
effect follows cause with methodical and
mechanical certainty and no one has the
power to interfere in the natural process ...
The law is inexorable; the law is
immutable. There is no religious exercise, there is no
hymn, no prayer, no sacred book that can
interpose and alter the sequence of cause
and effect."- Silver
Birch.
This of course refers to human conduct. There are many
in this world who do
much selfless work for others who are less fortunate
than themselves. This
kind of positive energywill one day return to the
senders of this selfless
service.
The opposite is true. As a human being you do have free
will, more or less
according to the stage of your spiritual development.
You make decisions
according to the circumstances you come across. There
are those who do
some horrible things to other people - there are those
who cheat, lie, cause
havoc, harass, cause pain and suffering and cause
injustice. This 'negative
energy'will one day return to and must be experienced by
those who sent it-
not to punish but to teach them the effect of causing
negative energy.
There are many who state that the lessons one has to
learn from the negative
energy sent out may be learnt in a later life. This
introduces the law of
reincarnation. Higher intelligences state that in
reincarnation humans can only reincarnate
as humans.
Some very advanced spiritual teachers such as Silver
Birch, White Eagle - and
many others especially from the East claim that the law
of reincarnation is
inevitable. Others reject the law of reincarnation.
Whatever beliefs one holds,
there is no disputethat the law of consequences is real
and is universally
operative.
