The Power Hand

 

The Power Hand is the hand that releases the universal energies that maintain our bodies.

This in most cases is the hand you write with.

( Ambidextrous can use either hand but pick one and stick with it.)

This hand is used in magick to :

place things

hold

throw

&

perform in a ritualistic way a portion of a spell.

 

Here is an easy way to find out for sure which is your Power Hand.

 

To Bring Energy to your Hands

 

Sit back in a comfortable position.

Place your hands out in front of you,

Clear your mind and focus.

As you do turn your hands so they are at a 90* angle.

Make sure they are not touching.

( Personal note here : I form a triangle with my finger tips using the first fingers and my thumbs.)

You should be able to feel the energy between your hands.

( A very warm feeling some may feel a tingling.)

This will tell you which is your receptive hand and your preceptive hand.

 

This may not be for everyone but it dont hurt anything to try:

You can try moving objects with your preceptive hand.
