Join us, beloveds, in manifesting the highest choices within the Creator's
Divine Plan. We began this journey together in great joy and expectation, and
when we come together again in our victory celebration we will add, "Well
done, brave warriors of Light, well done." I AM Archangel Michael and I
bring you these truths.
Now, we would like you to get your comfortable chair or meditation stool or
where you feel most comfortable sitting.
Get two candles, one pink, one blue or your favourite colour. A large
glass of water.
A tape recorder and your favourite meditation music.
A timer, matches to light the candles, and put your candles in the right
candle holders.
'I ask in the name of the Holy Spirit of God and in the name of Jesus Christ
to put the golden ring of protection around me, and I ask only for my higher
self to come through' (if you have your own protection do that) then say the
Lord's Prayer - I find this has the highest vibration level. 'Our Father who
art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on
earth as it is in heaven, give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our
trespass as we forgive those who trespass against us, and deliver us from evil
for thine is the Kingdom, the power and the glory for ever and ever, Amen.'
Take 3 deep breaths, in: positive energy, and out: negative.
Bring the white light down through your crown chakra, for those who do not
know where this is, it is in the middle of the head. Visualise this light
filling your whole body with a beautiful energy, allow it to make you feel
safe. Feel a lovely tingle all over your body (do not worry if this does not
happen the first time.)
Visualise yourself as a beautiful flower. A flower that you can relate to.
Allow yourself to be this flower. Start as a small little plant, very tiny.
Now see that you are nurturing this plant with love and kindness and feeding
it from the roots. See it slowly growing very strong and very tall, then you
see that there are others starting to grow in your garden. See that they are
supporting you. Protecting from the wind. You start to feel great and do not
feel so much alone.
Now, feel a different energy coming closer to you. This feels warm and very
comfortable. It is a feeling that you have not experienced and makes you feel
good. Now visualise a figure that holds out their hand to you. This is your
guide that will help you. Use your thought form if you wish, ask for a name,
and ask for help to the problems that are around you at this time. Surround
yourself with a lovely pink cloud. Put whom you wish in this cloud and give
healing. See that the healing is taking place and notice yourself being
healed. Feel yourself a little calmer. Now stay there for a few minutes (10
mins at the most) then see the flower that you chose. See it grown to its
fullest potential. Know that this is you. The stem of the flower is your body,
the flower is your higher self and the perfume it has is beautiful. Now
remember this perfume, and when you feel a little bit down, bring this into
focus.
Now you see that your guide has given you a lovely healing wand. A clear
quartz. You can visualise the crystal to be whatever colour that you need. Now
take a deep breath. Ground yourself. Allow yourself to come back into the room
where you began your meditation. Feel confident about your future. Have a sip
of your water and put the candles out. Then thank your spirit friend, God,
Jesus, for the knowledge that you have shared.
Now, we hope this has helped you a little. Do not expect things to happen
straight away. Know that now you have started to put things into action - time
will only tell. Have faith and trust in the God that is within
