soft snoring lazy cat, tell me about your dreams

in my dream all I see, mice running alround

small brown mice, felines playground

pouncing here pouncing, oh fun to be had

 

pussycat is great tiger, prowling the houses

oh, come out now tough tomcat cat, bully you are

with stripes to mingle in with the fence

lord of the neighbourhood, king of the town

 

housecat heaven, days laying in the sun

no need to move no reason to run, ah bliss

dinner in silver platters , sheep skin beds

lazy cat lazy cat, such is the life

 

in feline dreams, no owner to scold

clawing furniture, jumping on tables

run of all the house, oh such fun

pussycat play house , playground of fun

 

oh drat, my owner moved, in with the claws

such pleasant and joyful dreams disturbed

quick lick, and a scratch up behind ears

turn around, settle down, zzzzzzzzzzzzz

 

back to dreams happy cats shall go

fantasies that, only pussy shall enjoy

owner can only wonder at cats deep sleep
