Breathing
 
 
giggles, yeah we all do it, breath, in and out
 through our nose, mouth and into our chests and guts
 
simple, huh, giggles, hell yeah,
 
giggles, can you remember how to breath tho
 
are you a * pant like the dog * person
tongue hanging out??, making noises???
 
or a *steam train *  puffing out air
 
giggles, yeah we all breath differently
 
but can we breath properly???
 
there are 3 simple ways to see, giggles, and If any of these 3 ways
make you feel more alive and energised, I get to sit here
and go na na na na na na na na na na na na
 
then get told to grow up
 
ok
 
try this
 
relaxed breathing
 
sit in a comfortable chair
 
relax and breath
 
and listen to you breathing
 
change your breathing slowly, til you are taking full, deep, slow breaths
breathing deep into the depths of your stomach and filling it
with air,
your stomach, not your chest!!!!
( bare in mind, this can make you vomit but it is cause you are
breathing fully and not shallow breathing, if you feel sick, STOP!!!)
 
DO THIS FOR 5 MINUTES AND HOW DO YOU FEEL ?????
 
 do this twice a day for 5 minutes to fully oxzgenate your bloodstream
 
and drink a glass of water afterwards
 
 
BREATHING # 2
 
 ok you are still breathing and that is a good sign
 
ok, start breathing as per the first exercise
 
this time, inhale through the nose
exhale through the mouth
 
fully inhaling and exhaling with each breath
 
do for 5 minutes a day twice
 
BREATHING # 3
 
you still alive??? giggles, damm you're good
 
ok giggles
 
now comes the hard part
 
rythymic breathing
 
inhale fully through nose, wait for 3 seconds
exhale fully through mouth, wait for 3 secs
repeat, with deep slow full breaths
 
now, get into a *rolling* motion with your breathing
 
as like a wheel going around
 
as that each different action flows right into the next action
 
you will soon build a flowing way of breathing that will come
naturally to you
you will find that breathing, for you, is slower but deeper
you become more alive but more relaxed
 
this is the basic breathing for meditation
 
try it, breath normally and try to meditation
 
then relax, use your breathing exercise and try again

breathing is a big part of relaxing
 
use this exercise when you are sitting in the sun
 and breath in the sunlight
 
same with the sea, nature walks,
 
learn to smell the scents of nature, and truely
become one with nature
 
CAUTION: do not trust poets socks, if you expericence a floating
sensation while doing this breathin, make sure you are not near
poets socks )
