Up
Often when we feel like we're dragging and low it's because we have so many attachments and have our energy in many different places. Sometimes we aren't even aware of where that is because each time we have a thought an attachment is formed. A clearing exercise helps to release the energy and attachments, helping us to get things moving. I love this cyclone exercise for that reason. I try to do it at least once a day.

A cyclone is simply two air masses moving in opposite directions which forms a funnel. So simply see the cyclone as two rotating vortexes, one going clockwise and one counter-clockwise.

See the cyclone move into the top of your energy field, wherever you perceive that to be. The cyclone may be white, or it may be colored, just allow it to be what it is. Pull the cyclone down through you, through your energy and physical bodies. See it as wide as your energy field. (Yes, this could be as big as your house or bigger) Pull it completely down, into mother earth, and don't forget to thank mother earth for accepting it and transmuting the energy to be re-used. Continue to pull the cyclones through you, it may be one at a time, or it may be several moving very quickly through. Continue until you feel energized and balanced. When you are overenergized and blowing circuits this exercise also helps by pulling off excess into the ground, just see it like a drain moving into the earth and give thanks.

Sometimes I will ask Archangel Michael to cut any remaining ties, and call up the violet flame to finish the job. You can actually feel the itchiness of the ties releasing.

When you are completely finished, fill up again with light. Pink is a good color, but it can be any color you feel drawn to at the moment.
